Ladder Rack with Tool Boxes — Custom Pro Series Build

This custom build features a ladder rack with tool boxes, designed as a fully personalized Pro Series setup for a GMC Sierra. The project includes XL Topsider Tool Boxes, a powder-coated Ryder Rack, and several custom upgrades that improve daily workflow.

Powder-Coated Pro Series Ladder Rack

The customer chose a black powder-coated finish for the ladder rack while keeping the XL aluminum tool boxes in their natural diamond-plate look. This contrast creates a clean, high-end appearance. The welded Pro Series frame provides dependable strength for ladders, long materials, and job-site equipment.

XL Topsider Tool Boxes with Custom Interior

For this project, the customer requested XL Topsider Tool Boxes without interior shelves. Removing the shelf opened up the full interior space for oversized tools and gear. Gas-spring doors lift upward for easy access, and the added height of the XL series provides expanded storage capacity. This setup also keeps the boxes organized without limiting capacity.

Custom Angle Frame Above the Bed Cover

Because the customer uses a retractable bed cover, we added a welded aluminum angle frame directly above it. This frame supports a removable work table used on the job. It stays level and secure without interfering with the tonneau cover or restricting access to the bed.
