This Ram regular cab ladder rack is a fully welded Ryder Rack WELD built for daily work use. The truck is a regular cab Ram with an 8′ bed, so we designed the rack to match the cab height and bed length. Because the rack ties into strong points at the front and rear, it supports long ladders and material without flexing.

Standard Features on Ryder Rack WELD

Our Ryder Rack WELD series uses 2″ anodized aluminum pipe for high strength and low weight. Wind deflectors at the cab help cut down on noise at highway speeds. Full-length bed rails protect the truck bed and spread the load. A removable rear bar comes standard, making it easy to load tall items or pallets into the bed.

Straps, Accessories, and Finish Options

Most customers add 4–6 auto-retracting rack straps to make tie-downs fast and clean. These straps mount near the rear bar and along the bed rails, so you can secure ladders and lumber in seconds. In addition, we can add light mounts or bracket locations for conduit tubes and other accessories. Our standard finish is bright anodized aluminum, but some customers choose powder coating or even bed-liner style coatings for a different look.

Fitment and Build Process

Before we weld a frame, we confirm cab style, bed length, toolbox location, and any existing bed covers. This step keeps the Ram regular cab ladder rack clear of fuel doors and accessories. Because we build each rack to order, we can adjust crossbar spacing and rear bar height to match how you use your truck.
