When off‑the‑shelf racks won’t cut it, our Custom Rack line delivers precisely what your truck needs. We build fully welded aluminum ladder racks from scratch—designed around your measurements and mission. Whether you're hauling ladders, materials or we’ll design the perfect rack for that purpose.
Each custom rack is fabricated at our Wilmington, NC facility with marine‑grade aluminum. You get strength, durability, and style in one package. Payloads up to 2,000 lb are achievable based on application.
Pair your rack with our topsider tool boxes, bed covers, or combination of both. For installations, your truck will need to visit our Wilmington, NC Factory for at least 2 days.
