We just completed another set of aluminum boat rails for a Commercial Passenger Vessel.  These setups are perfect for creating a Carolina Skiff Passenger Boat.  These vessels can carry up to 12 passengers, because they are inspected by the coast guard.  The aluminum boat rails are fabricated with 1″ aluminum pipe.  The boat rails are positioned at a height that makes this boat safe to carry a large amount of passengers.  The rails are connected with chains that keep the passengers safely inside the boat.  The rails are integrated with the 3/4 half tower that is above head.  This canvas top allows for the passengers to be in the shade while traveling to where they are going.

The half tower has a black sunbrella cover.  Sunbrella is the industry standard, because it has the best durability.  We equip the boat tower with a fiberglass radio box for storage.  Wires can be ran to the radio box from the console through the route tubes.  The tower also has route tubes, so wires can reach the navigation lights that are required by the Coast Guard.  Red and green markers, also an all-round anchor light.  The main frames of the tower are fabricated with 1.5″ pipe and the top is a combination of 1.25″ and 1″ pipe.
