If the curtain design calls for a more rigid material, we use Visilite AR. It is a 60-mil rigid polycarbonate that provide excellent optical clarity for marine enclosures. They are abrasion-resistant on both sides with a smooth and wrinkle-free appearance, high-impact scratch resistance and defense against chemical and UV exposure. 

Visilite AR proper cleaning and maintenance:
Visilite AR is like all other polycarbonates and requires regular cleaning to preserve and extend the life of the product. Failure to regularly clean the product could result in premature damage and yellowing or crazing of Visilite AR. Visilite AR should be cleaned when it is cool and in a shaded area. When cleaning, using non-abrasive, PH Balanced cleaners (i.e. mild dishwashing liquid) with a soft cloth or sponge is recommended.
After cleaning, the area should immediately be thoroughly rinsed and dried to prevent water spots. Avoid scratching Visilite AR with any sharp objects as permanent damage may occur.
